SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is available for customers who are in the U.S and located outside of the North Texas area. A pre-paid return label will be included with all shipments. Please see Return Policy for more details. 

Customers located within the North Texas area may opt for free pick-up or delivery (delivery fees will apply).  

RETURN POLICY

All rental items must be returned within 5 days after the event date. There will be a $10 late fee for each additional day after the 5-day deadline has passed, not to exceed 30 days. In the event that the rented items are not returned after 30 days, the responsible party will be charged the full purchase amount for the unreturned merchandise in addition to any late fees associated. 

Damaged items:

In the event that any rental items are damaged upon return, a damaged item fee will be applied of up to 50% of the total rental cost of each item damaged. 

PAYMENT METHOD

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment must be made 60 days prior to the event. Payment plans can be arranged for purchases over $1,000.

Payments shall be made using Cashapp to $MyFabFlowers . When sending payment, include your name, email, and event date in the "For" section and we will reach out to you via email to confirm your order.
